30days – 15days prior to arrival – 1 night fee
14days – 7days prior to arrival – 2 night fee
6 days to arrival or no show – full payment (no refund for full stay)
Cancellation notices will be confirmed by return communication
As the Cook Islands has limited air access, this policy is strictly enforced
